I have been seeing Nick for just over a year now, I was hesitant at first to discuss my feelings and problems with a stranger, after having a previous negative therapy experience, but found Nick to be very friendly and welcoming. I suffer from anxiety and depression, and have a traumatic background. I feel that in the past year Nick has given me the skills and tools I needed to lessen the horrible feelings associated with living with these mental health problems every day and I feel more myself now than I have in years, I now look forward to my weekly sessions, and I truly recommend Nick to anyone looking for kindness, compassion and a good listening ear. 100,000 thank you’s could never be enough to express my gratitude to nick for helping me.

Before I started therapy with Nick, I was really struggling to cope with anxiety and some difficult family dynamics. Nick and I commenced our therapy journey some 12 months ago, one that I am forever grateful for. From our initial meeting, I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable I felt in Nick’s presence and how quickly he came to connect with my true self. In a very short amount of time, Nick ever so calmly brought my attention to strengthening parts of me that needed guidance, many of which I wasn’t aware of.
